I love this shot! Last year, I read 'The Perfumed Garden' by Cheikh Nefzaoui. It's an Arabic 16th century sex manual with erotic literature. Sorta the Arabic version of the Kama Sutra. There's a section that lists the various names of the penis. One of the names is El air (the Smith's Bellows) because of the alternate swelling/subsiding, inflation/deflation of the penis.... This photo is a perfect example! :)
